Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

ArkCV offers monthly and annual subscription plans. We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscribers who are not satisfied with the service.

Eligibility for Refund

• Request made within 7 days of initial purchase
• Account has not been used for more than 5 AI operations
• First-time purchase only (not applicable to renewals)

Expert Sessions

Expert session bookings (Sujata career coaching) are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refund for no-shows or late cancellations.

How to Request

Email superadmin@arkanj.tech with subject "Refund Request" and your registered email. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable

• Renewals after the first billing cycle
• Credits that have been used
• Expert sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before
