By accessing ArkCV (test.arkanj.tech or arkcv.arkanj.tech), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ArkCV is an AI-powered resume builder and career toolkit provided by Arkanj Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We provide CV building, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, job search, and expert career services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use ArkCV to create fraudulent CVs or misrepresent qualifications
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Do not share account credentials
• Do not upload malicious files

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI models, and templates are owned by Arkanj Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Your uploaded CV data remains yours.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed via Razorpay and PayU. Refer to our Refund Policy for cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

ArkCV is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job placement outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 7 days notice via email or in-app notification.
